I could help with:

Designing and facilitating a process that might help you get some clarity on your ideas. Maybe you need to articulate your organisation’s vision more clearly? Maybe you need to review if a strategy is working and refresh it? Maybe you want to bring more people into your conversation and uncover their views?

Training – I have designed and delivered training programmes for 20 years. I’m happy to take any of my own expertise and deliver training around it (mostly arts education and arts management) but if you have a training programme that needs to be delivered and the content is there, I can take on other areas of delivery too.

Evaluation -I’m not an academic, so my approach to evaluation is one of an impartial observer and a ‘critical friend’. I’d work with you to find out what the change is you hope to make and create a simple framework for measuring it and perhaps reporting that back to funders
